A cross-sectional survey, divided into two phases, examined UK residents who were 18 years of age or older, self-identified as experiencing anxiety about COVID-19, and obtained a score of 9 on the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale. Through a national online advertising campaign, and local primary care services in London, we recruited participants.
